Furniture Delivery Information
Red Tag Furniture delivers furniture and mattresses in the Phoenix area and all of Arizona.
Our delivery fee includes set up and installation by our professional delivery teams.
To ensure a quick and hassle free delivery, be sure to have cleared enough space for your new merchandise and cleared a direct passage, including doorways, hallways, etc.
You will receive a call to confirm your delivery and to verify your delivery address.
This call will also confirm that you or someone of 18 years of age will be available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.
IMPORTANT: If you are not home when we attempt to make your delivery on the scheduled delivery date, we will help you reschedule your delivery for the next available date and will assess a $49 redelivery charge.
Any order rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled date will be assessed a $49 rescheduling fee.
Long Distance Deliveries
Long distance deliveries may be assessed with an additional delivery charge.
Please see our store or contact us for long distance delivery area and schedule.
Your order must be paid for in full or Financing approved in advance of your scheduled delivery date.
Long distance deliveries DO NOT include out of state deliveries.
At this time we do not deliver outside of Arizona or provide shipping services.
For out of state purchases you would have to pick up in person at our store in Tempe, Arizona.

PLEASE INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE WITH OUR DELIVERY TEAM!
We recommend that you personally be home to receive and inspect your merchandise.
If this is not possible, other arrangements must be made to have a responsible individual receive your delivery.
Our delivery associates are happy to call ahead for you to meet them at your home.
Please provide the phone numbers where you can be contacted and the amount of time you will need to make the connection.
Red Tag makes the commitment to deliver your merchandise in good condition.
If you find this is not the case, we will resolve our concerns at the time of delivery.
If you find a problem with your merchandise after our drivers leave, we will send a qualified service technician to your home to help resolve the issue.
