Red Tag Policies

Our goal is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please be sure to read through the following information carefully.

Site Errors

Availability of products, pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Any errors found on our site will be corrected as discovered and without notice. Red Tag Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offers due to any error within the Red Tag Furniture web site.

General

  • All balances must be paid in full 24 hours before delivery.
  • At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise in your home.
  • All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Special Orders Policy

A special order is:

  • An item not displayed inside a Red Tag Furniture store.
  • An item not stocked by Red Tag Furniture.
  • An item displayed in at a Red Tag Furniture store, but available in a different color, size, or finish.

A special order cannot be cancelled. Red Tag Furniture Warranty does not apply to special orders. However, factory warranties do apply. Customer must take accurate measurements before ordering. If the special order does not fit in the customer’s room or entryway it cannot be returned since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Do not special order unless customer does not feel this may be a problem.

Please allow 4-12 weeks for the arrival of the special order. Delays in the manufacturing and delivery process may occur. Special order purchases not available in our warehouse within 120 days from your purchase date however, may be cancelled without a restocking fee and we will issue a full refund or allow a reselection.

Dye lots on fabric samples may differ in shade from those actually delivered by the manufacturer. Red Tag is not responsible for any dye lot differences.

Our buyers will audit the sales contract for pricing accuracy. If adjustments are needed the customer will be contacted for approval before your order is placed with the manufacturer.

If for any reason the customer fails to take delivery of your special order merchandise, a 25% restocking fee will be forfeited. A minimum of 50% of the total on cash sales, for credit sales a 25% down payment is required for special orders. This means no special order can be made with $0 down payment, Customer must sign the special order form at the time of the special order. In order to process a special order, must be completed the minimum required deposit, the period of 4-12 weeks will start to run once that deposit has been covered.

Warranties

Red Tag's objective is to offer you a great selection of quality furniture at the lowest prices.

For 180 days from the date of delivery, Red Tag will repair free of charge any manufacturing defective merchandise located within the Phoenix Metro Area.

All damages including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 2 days of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage. Any visit that is not a manufacture defect will have a minimum cost of $29.

All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.

Clearance Merchandise is sold as-is. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service.

Exclusions:

  • Fabrics–fading or wearability
  • Customer modifications including fabric protection
  • Fabric protection
  • Electrical components
  • Customer modifications
  • Normal body depressions in mattresses
  • All Clearance (As-Is) merchandise
  • Damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use
  • Damages or defects not reported within 2 days

We are not responsible for service items left at our facility for over 30 days.

Returns & Refunds

All sales made at a showroom or online are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Red Tag Furniture within 3 days you may exchange the item or return it for a full refund (mattresses and special orders are excluded). In order to receive full credit for your return, the merchandise must be in like-new condition, electronics and appliances must be returned with the original box and packaging, and with all manuals and accessories. Only the value of the product is refundable. Delivery charge is not refundable. Transport back to Red Tag Furniture is the customer’s responsibility. A full refund is not guaranteed and a restocking fee could apply depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Mattresses are not returnable.

All refunds, except bankcards/credit cards, are issued by check from Corporate Offices and mailed to your home. Please allow ten (10) business days once your check has cleared.

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.

All sales of display items or AS IS items are final.
